Fettuccine Chicken Salad

- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 (9-ounce) packages fresh fettuccine
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon The Lady's House Seasoning, divided, recipe follows
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (recommended: The Lady's Seasoned Salt)
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
IMITATION CRAB DIP

Combine all ingredients together
- 2 8 OUNCES cream cheese
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 onion (yellow), chopped fine
- 1 pound Imitation crab, chopped
CRAB CAKES

Mix all ingredients, make into patties Broil
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dry or fresh parsely/garlic/pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 6-inch sprig rosemary
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
- 1/4 teaspoon red-pepper flakes, plus more for serving
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Place lentils in a saucepan and cover with water
- 1/2 cup lentils, sorted and rinsed
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 pound spinach
- 1 (15oz) can chick peas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt/pepper
CRAB CAKES - A LA KIM

Mix all ingredients together and form into patties
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons old Bay Seafood seasoning
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 15 saltine cracker, broken up
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 pound crabmeat
ORANGE COFFEE TWIST

- 3/4 lb butter, melted and cooled add
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 eggs beaten

- 5-5 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar

- 1/4 tsp bkg soda
- 3 tsp bkng powder
- orange zest
Olive Dip

Pit olives and put all ingredients into blender or food processor/add a little lemon juice and olive oil
- 1 pound Greek olives
- 3/4 head garlic
- breadcrumbs
