SUBSTITUTE Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
- 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- Zest and juice from 1 large lemon
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
Pasta - Bucatini Carbonara

1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until al dente
- 6 ounces bucatini or perciatelli
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 ounces pancetta, sliced 1/4 inch thick and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 1 shallot, very finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, very finely chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, plus more for serving
- 4 large egg yolks
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley
- Freshly ground pepper
