Place noodles in 9x13-inch glass baking dish
- 1 (8 ounce) package lasagne noodles
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 package spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup drained mushroom pieces
- 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 6 to 8 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt; set aside
- 2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening, at room temperature
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

- 1/3 cup dark molasses
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 drops of Aftelier Fresh Ginger Chef’s Essences (optional)

I got this fabulous recipe for Sweet Coconut Bread from my mother in law
- GLAZE:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
Chipotle Chile Carnitas

Sear the pork until golden brown on all sides
- Sauce:
- 2 pounds pork shoulder (or pork butt), trimmed of fat
- 1 small white onion , chopped
- 2 cloves garlic , whole
- 1 Tbsp. fine sea salt
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs fresh oregano
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 pounds plum (Roma) tomatoes , roasted, peeled and chopped
- Kosher salt , to taste
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 canned chipotle chile peppers in adobo, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Fine sea salt , to taste
- Mexican créma or sour cream in a squeeze bottle
- 1 ripe avocado , peeled, pitted and diced

- 1 c. butter, softened
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. sugar, divided
- 1/2 c. raisins

- 1 c. walnuts, finely chopped

- 6 medium potatoes (about 6 ounces each), peeled and thinly sliced
Jalapeno Cheese Burgers

- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese with Jalapenos
- 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a large bowl, combine chicken, one cup cheese, soup, milk, salt, pepper and pimentos, if using; mix well
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- Optional: 1 T. diced pimentos
- 7-oz. pkg. spaghetti, broken up and cooked

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ground red pepper
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups club soda
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 2 large sweet yellow onions, cut into 3/8-inch-thick slices
