Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizzas

Directions: In a medium mixing whisk together flour and baking powder

- 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 10 strawberries, quartered
Chicken Noodle Casserole #5

- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup yellow cake mix
- 3 tablespoons candy sprinkles
- 1 cup milk

- Glaze and Garnish:
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Additional candy sprinkles
Cherry Bread Pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 loaf day old sourdough bread, cubed
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 14 ounces evaporated skim milk
- 1 1/2 cups milk, 1% lowfat
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 can sweet cherries in syrup (or fresh cherries)
- 1/4 cup butter, unsalted, melted
Tangerine Cake with Citrus Glaze

Preheat oven to 350. Make cake: Butter and flour 12 cup Bundt cake pan
- For the cake:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter at room temp.
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons finely grated tangerine zest, plus 1/2 cup tangerine juice from 5 or 6 tangerines, depending on their size
- 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt (I used sour cream)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the Glaze:
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons tangerine juice (from 2 or so tangerines)
Harvest Fruit Compote Cobbler

Heat oven to 375°. In large bowl, mix compote ingredients
- 3 medium baking apples (1 1/2 lb), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch slices (3 cups)
- 3 medium slightly ripe, firm Bartlett pears (1 1/2 lb), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch slices (3 cups)
- 1/2 cup dried apricot halves, cut in half
- 1/2 cup dried plums, cut in half
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Original Bisquick® mix
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar

Chinese BBQ Pork Tenderloin

- 1 clove garlic, crushed

- 1/2 tbs cinnamon
- 1 green onion cut in 1/2
Strawberry Banana Split Pie

Arrange banana slices in bottom of crust
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust (6 ounces)
- 3/4 cup cold milk or half and half
- 3/4 cup pureed strawberries
- Red food coloring
- 1 package (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
- Sliced bananas and strawberries
- Chocolate dessert topping

BBQ Pork Fried Rice

- For the pork:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
- For the rice:
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green cabbage
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced snap peas
- 1/2 cup peeled, diced carrot
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 6 cups short-grain white rice, cooked and cooled
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
