Cherry Pink Salad

Mix together pie filling and pineapple
- 2 (21-oz.) cans cherry pie filling
- 1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8-oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 3 c. mini marshmallows
- Optional: chopped nuts
Pesto Chicken Pasta

1. Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 min then drain
- 1 package (16 ounce) penne (or preferred) pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Black Forest Cheesecake

1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 chocolate crumb crust (8 inches)
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
Dreamy Creamsicle Pie

In bowl, combine Jell-o powder with 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 Box Orange Jell-o (4 serving size)
- 8 oz tub whipped topping such as Cool Whip, divided
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- zest of one orange (optional)
- 2/3 cup Boiling water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 store bought (or homemade) graham cracker crust
- Canned or Jarred Mandarin Oranges for garnish (optional)
- 1 Box Orange Jell-o (4 serving size)
- 8 oz tub whipped topping such as Cool Whip, divided
- 1 teaspoon orange extract

Overnight French Toast with Orange Sauce

Generously grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and set aside
- For the orange sauce:
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons apricot jam
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 6 2-inch thick slices of French bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- butter for frying
- 1 1/3 cups orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Sangria Gelatin Dessert

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatins in boiling water
- 1 package (.3 ounce) sugar-free lemon gelatin
- 1 package (.3 ounce) sugar-free raspberry gelatin
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
QVC-French Onion Meat Loaf

Mix all the ingredients except the potatoes and cheese
- Topping Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 –3/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bread, crumbled
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-1/2 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
FRUIT-FILLED CAKE (AKA DUMP CAKE!)

1 Grease the inside, bottom, and sides of your slow cooker with cooking spray
- 21-oz. can blueberry or cherry pie filling
- 20-oz. can crushed pineapple
- 18 1/2-oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
- cinnamon
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, straight out of the refrigerator
- 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Slow Cooker Turkey and Dressing

1. Spread dry stuffing mix in greased slow cooker
- 8 oz. pkg., or 2 6-oz. pkgs., stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/4 stick (2 Tbsp.) butter, softened
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 3-lb. boneless turkey breast
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
