Ham, Broccoli & Cheese Calzones

Beat the egg in a large bowl, then mix in the Italian seasoning
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 bunch of Broccoli (cut into florets and steamed)
- 1 1/2 cups of diced ham
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 15 oz carton of low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
Pot Roast #3 *(GOOD)*

Set rack in cook well. Preheat Nesco Roaster Oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (2-1/2 to 3 lb.) pot roast
- 8 whole small red potatoes, peeled
- 4 medium carrots, cut into chunks
- 4 large onions, cut in half
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. browning sauce
Warm Chocolate Broiche

In bowl, stir yeast and water and let sit for 10 minutes
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 5 (1 ounce) semi sweet chocolate blocks, cut each block in half to make 10 pieces
- 2 eggs plus 2 egg yolks at room temperature
- 1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons water for egg wash
- Raw sugar
Italian Dressing Mix

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoons salt

- 1 cup water
- 3 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup milk

- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese or small curd creamed cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
