Two-Bean Vegetable Chili

Stir together all ingredients in large saucepan
- 1 can (16 oz each) beans in chili seasoned sauce
- 1 can (15 oz each) cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz each)Diced Tomatoes with Sweet Onion, undrained
- 1 can (11.5 fl oz each) low sodium tomato-vegetable juice
- 1-1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 cup frozen bell pepper strips, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder

- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles ($.97)
- 3-4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil ($.30)
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine (free)

- 3-4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese ($.25)

Amish Applesauce Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
- 3 tbsps chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, to taste
- Jalapeño Salsita (optional)
