- Cornmeal:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package Pantry Club Gourmet Chipotle Chili Seasoning
- 1 package frozen corn (12 oz.)
- 1 can black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 can diced or crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup yellow corn meal
- 1 cup milk

My Crock O’ Ribs

Step One Place ribs, onions, and mushrooms (if desired) on the bottom of the slow cooker
- 3-5 Pounds Baby back ribs (cut to fit in the slow cooker)
- 1-2 Large onions, chopped

- Vanilla Custard Sauce (yields 1 quart four ounces sauce):
- 16 puff pastry squares
- 16 apples, peeled and cored
- 8 oz sugar
- 1/8 oz cinnamon
- 1 (4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz cold milk
- 3/4 quart milk (3 cups)
- 2 oz raisins
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- 1 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes
- 1 bottle (8 ounces) French or Russian salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
