7-Up Cranberry Salad

Dissolve Jello in water, then add 7-Up
- 1/2 c boiling water
- 2 (3oz) Raspberry jello
- 1 c 7-Up
- 1 can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (drain and SAVE juice)
- 2 cans Mandarin oranges (drain and THROW Away juice)
- TOPPING
- 8 oz cream cheese
- some of the pineapple juice
- some powdered sugar
- 1/2 c chopped nuts (Walnuts or Pecans)

1 Heat oven to 350°. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 6 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 2 cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken or cubed cooked turkey

1. In bowl, blend 1 cup beer, 1 sliced onion, the vinegar, garlic, thyme, sugar and pepper
- 2 cans or bottles beer
- 2 small onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 boneless pork loin roast (3 to 4 lb)
- 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
- 1 jar (16 oz) black bean salsa

- 2 tablespoons real maple syrup or maple-flavored syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- Streusel:
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cold butter or margarine
- Topping:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
