- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 package (6 ounces) cornbread stuffing mix with seasoning packet
- 3 chicken breasts, split (about 2 1/2 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon browning sauce (like Kitchen Bouquet)
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) chicken gravy
Tropical Ribs #2

Place ribs in large pot and add enough water to cover
- 3 pounds pork spare ribs, cut into 3- to 4-rib portions
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 3 scallions (green onions), thinly sliced

- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot

- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Tomatoes in Natural Juice
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried Mexican oregano
- Salt
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Kidney Beans (light or dark), drained
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Red Beans
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Mild Chili Beans in Chili Sauce
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives, for garnish
- 1/2 cup grated Monterey jack or soy cheese, for garnish

- 6 tablespoons granulated no-calorie sweetener (or 3 tablespoons Truvia Baking Blend)*

- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds), cut up
- 1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Hot cooked rice
