BANANA CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1/2-cup mashed bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (18-oz) pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 1/2 oz (4-serving size) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put bananas into 2 1/2 qt mixing bowl. Stir the cake mix powder & pudding powder together in another accommodating bowl.

Put the eggs, water and oil through blender about 10 seconds on high or till smooth. Pour into the bananas and add powder mixture, beating with electric mixer on medium speed, about 4 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl often.

Pour into greased & floured 9x12x2* baking pan. Bake 350F—about 50 minutes or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 30 minutes.

Frost the cake with Buttercream Icing or Caramel Icing. Cut into squares.

Makes about 12 pieces.
