GROUND BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE (*GOOD*)

Brown ground beef, salt, pepper and onions
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water, mixed in with soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3-4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced

In large mixing bowl shred or grate the Cabbage and Carrot
- 1 Medium Cabbage
- 1 Large Carrot
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Onion (maybe a little more)
- 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
- 1/3 Sugar (maybe a little less)
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 or 2 Teaspoons Celery Seeds
- 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
Candied Bacon Spinach

- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 slices thick-cut or regular sliced bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (9-ounce) package fresh spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Stir-Fry Beef and Broccoli

1 In medium bowl, mix beef, soy sauce, garlic and gingerroot; set aside
- 1 1/4 lb beef flank steak, cut into thin slices
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 4 to 5 cups flour

- 1/2 cup butter flavored Crisco shortening
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 6 to 7 tbsp milk
Tournedo Burgers with Pizzaiola Butter

Preheat a large, heavy skillet, preferably cast-iron, over medium-high heat
- 4 6- to 8-ounce beef tournedo filets about 1 inch thick, at room temperature
- Coarse salt and pepper
- EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil or vegetable oil, for drizzling
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup dry vermouth
