- Butter-flavored non-stick vegetable spray
- 9 frozen mini bagels, thawed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Italian Pot Roast

Cut roast in half. Place in 5-qt
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 to 4 pounds)
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup Burgundy wine or beef broth
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold water

Place rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 packages (18.25 ounces each) plain yellow cake mix
- 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk 2 cups vegetable oil
- 8 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 recipes Cream Cheese Frosting, recipe follows
- 50 fresh blueberries
- 33 medium strawberries, rinsed,drained , patted dry, and stemmed, or 17 large strawberries, cleaned,stemmed and cut virtually in half
Strawberry Blueberry Refrigerator Cake

Make the cake: Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- For the cake:
- Vegetable oil spray, for misting the pans
- Flour, for dusting the pans
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) plain yellow cake mix (see note)
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- For the filling and garnish:
- 1 1/2 quarts fresh strawberries, rinsed and drained on paper towels, plus 1/2 cup sliced, for garnish
- 1 pint fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained on paper towels, plus 2 tablespoons for garnish
- 1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat or regular sour cream
- 8 ounces whipped topping or 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, to taste
Pork and Pepper Kebabs with Orange Marinade

1 Stir together bitter orange marinade, honey, olive oil, garlic and seasoning; set aside
- ½ cup GOYA® Naranja Agria - Bitter Orange
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. GOYA® All-Purpose Seasoning Adobo with Pepper
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 24 cubes
- 1 red pepper, cut into 18 chunks
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into 18 chunks
- 1 green pepper, cut into 18 chunks
- 1 onion, cut into 18 chunks
- 6 bamboo skewers (soaked in water for 30 min.)
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro

- 4 slices bacon
- 3 large shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar

In a large saucepan, heat oil; saute scallions quickly, just until warm
- 4 to 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bunch scallions, sliced on an angle, about 1/4 inch thick
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 8 cups cooked rice

- 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons vegetable oil, divided
- 1/2 large onion, sliced thinly into half-rings, plus 1 large onion, chopped, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
- 1 3/4 teaspoons salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, divided
- 3/4 cup dry white wine, divided
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 1/4 cup sweet peas
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup chile powder (type can vary, use heat to taste)
- 1 cup pitted whole green olives, or to taste

- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 pounds London broil
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- non-stick cooking spray
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 4 ounces chopped green chiles
- 15 ounces refried beans
- 12 flour tortillas - (8" dia)
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cup chopped plum tomato
- 3/4 cup sour cream
