Absolutely the Easiet Fudge EVER!

Melt 2 ingredients in microwave
- 1 can of frosting (your flavor choice)

Braised Chicken Thighs Dinner

Coat a 6-quart round slow cooker with cooking spray
- 1 onion, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 4 new potatoes (about 1 pound), cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, divided
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (See Note)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 6 bone-in, skinned chicken thighs (1-1/2 to 1-3/4 pounds)
Oven Roasted Salmon with Parmesan-Mayo Crust

Mayonnaise Instructions: Place the eggs in a blender or small food processor
- Basic Olive Oil Mayonnaise:
- 2 whole eggs, at room temperature(*See Note below)
- 1 to 1 1/4 cup oil (I used 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup almond oil)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper, or pepper blend, to taste (I like Florida Seasoned Pepper…citrusy!)
- Note: For thicker mayonnaise, use 1 whole egg plus 1 egg yolk
- Salmon:
- 16-20 ounces salmon fillet(s), skin on
- Kosher salt/ freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, preferably homemade
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- additional Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- a few dashes of sweet paprika
Traditional German Potato Salad

Place onions in 6 to 7-quart slow cooker
- 3 onions, thinly sliced
- 3 (20-ounce) packages refrigerated potato wedges
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups cider vinegar
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Meat Loaf and Potato Cupcakes

1 Heat oven to 375°. Place foil baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups
- Potatoes:
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker® roasted garlic mashed potatoes (from 6.6-oz box)
- Water, butter and milk called for on potato box for 1 pouch
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- Meat Loaf Mixture:
- 1 lb extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef
- 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Cracker Jack Popcorn Balls

1.) In a large bowl, microwave the butter until melted
- 7 cups of Cracker Jacks (or any kind of popcorn)
- 4 tablespoons of butter (half a stick)
- a 10oz. bag of marshmallows
- Sprinkles if you want them
Bread Pudding with Praline Sauce

Preheat oven to 325 F. Coat a 13×9-inch baking dish with 1/4 cup melted butter
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (1 pound) loaf soft French bread, torn into small pieces
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 cups white sugar
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins, or more to taste (optional)
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
Classic Pineapple Upside Down Cake

- 1 package of Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 can (20-ounce) pineapple slices (juice reserved for cake mix)
- red maraschino cherries, drained and halved
