Lisa's Wedding Punch

In 6 quart container, combine sugar & gelatin powder
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) flavored gelatin (raspberry or lime best)
- 6 c. boiling water
- 2 cans (46 oz. Ea.) pineapple juice
- 4 bottles (1 Liter ea.) ginger ale, chilled
Graham Cracker Pie

Preheat oven to 350°. To prepare crust, combine first 3 ingredients, and stir well with a whisk
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Cooking spray
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 2 large eggs,lightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Meringue:
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sugar
Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Spread oil and garlic on bottom of 9X13 pan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- hot red pepper flakes, to taste
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used 5, but they were huge!)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
- 4 oz Parmesan, grated
- 1 (5-oz) package garlic croutons
Banana Muffins

Cream together sugars & butter
- 1 c. brown sugar (201 g.)
- 1 c. white sugar (191 g.)
- 1/2 c. butter (115 g.)
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk (244 g.)
- 1 tsp. soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3 1/2 c. flour (348 g.)
- 4 lg. bananas, smashed
- 1/2 c. walnuts &/or Dates (58 g.)
Crockpot Candy

Place ingredients in a crockpot as listed
- 32 oz dry roasted peanuts (I think I’m going to try almonds!)
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz German sweet chocolate bar (found in baking isle with chocolate chips)
- 32 oz white vanilla candy melts (I usually buy these at my local craft store with the cake decorating items. Can also buy online.)
Swiss Chicken

Cut chicken breasts in half or into small serving pieces
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
- 1/4 C. margarine
- 1 1/2 C. water
Chicken Tortilla Soup

1. Heat 2 t. of the oil in a large pot over medium heat
- 2 1/2 t. vegetable oil
- 6 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1/2" strips
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
Tater Tot Hot Dish

Brown burger with onion, drain
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 can French fried onion rings
- 1 can cr. of mushroom soup
- or cr. of chicken soup
- 1 can whole kernel corn,
- drained (or other veg.)
- 1 bag Tater Tots
Lumpia Egg Rolls (Shanghai version)

In a Large bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, onion, & carrot
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbls. garlic powder
- 2 Tbls. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spring roll wrappers
- 1 1/2 quarts oil for frying
KFC Extra Crispy Fried Chicken

1.Clean chicken and cover with 2 cups of buttermilk
- 6 pieces raw chicken
- 4 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoons ground oregano
- 2 tbsp. Accent seasoning[2]
- 1 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons ground ancho chili pepper[3]
- 1 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1/8 teaspoons garlic powder[3]
- 2 egg whites
- 6 cups frying oil (like Crisco)[4]
