Gingerbread Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup molasses
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup hot water
Crispy Southwestern Wontons

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup frozen corn kernals
- 1/4 cup canned black beans, drained
- 5 oz (1 cup) chicken, shredded
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp (1/2 pkg) dry ranch dressing
- 24 wonton wrappers
- canola or vegetable oil for frying

- 8 cups riced potatoes (5# potatoes — 1/2 red; 1/2 white)
- 1 stick butter (cut into 1/4 inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbl. sugar
- 2 cups flour (a little less)
Sour Cream Raisin Pie

9” baked pie shell. Heat oven to 400°
- Brown Sugar Meringue:
- 1 1/2 T. cornstarch
- 1 c. plus 2 T. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 3 egg whites;
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 6 T. sugar
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
KFC Chicken Recipie

I am pretty sure that I have discovered the KFC secret recipe! It is DEAD ON! It is also baked
- Mix in a Gallon Size Ziploc or Large Bowl:
- Chicken breast Tenderloins
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp Season All seasoning (Meet Tenderizer)
- 1 tsp Lawrey's season salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 3/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 tsp. Paprika
Blueberry Romaine Salad

In a small bowl, whisk the first eight ingredients
- SALAD:
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 package (10 ounces) hearts of romaine salad mix
- 1 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and miracle whip
- 24 good white dinner rolls
- 24 pieces good honey ham
- 24 small slices Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup miracle whip
- Poppy seed sauce (you probably could half this...I had plenty extra)
- 1 Tablespoon poppyseeds
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Cook and stir ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with onion and garlic until the meat is completely brown...
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) cancondensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup tomato-vegetable juice cocktail
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine (optional)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
- 1 teaspoon dried celery flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
