Chicken Cashew Lettuce Wraps

This is a simple recipe for Chicken Cashew Lettuce Wraps
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 chicken breasts (about 3/4 lb. total), diced
- 8 leaves of greenleaf or iceburg lettuce
- 3 tablespoons canola oil (or oil of choice)
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cashews, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Crème de Menthe Cake

Prepare cake mix according to box directions, substituting Crème de Menthe for ⅓ c
- 1 white cake mix (use Betty Crocker brand!!)
- 1/3 c. Crème de Menthe
- 1 jar fudge ice cream topping
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- more Crème de Menthe
Crock pot Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

Put in crockpot and cook the hell out of it
- 1 lb ground beef browned
- 2 lb velvetta
- 2 lb shreadded hash browns
- 6-10 cooked bacon strips crumbled
- 30 oz. Chicken broth.
Apple Bread

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 cups peeled & chopped apple
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
BBQ Chicken Bites

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, your favorite

Oh So Good Brownies

- 150 g walnuts (1 cup)
- 100 g Dark Baking Chocolate (2/3 cup)
- 100 g butter (1/2 cup)
- 325 g sugar (1 1/2 cup)
- 3 eggs
- 125 g flour (1 cup)
- 2 Tble Cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tsp. vanilla

- 4 chicken tenderloins, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2/3 cup milk
- Hot vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- Honey – optional
