Combine sugar, corn syrup and water
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups raw Spanish peanuts
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Mexican Chicken Spaghetti

Boil chicken breasts in a large pot adding 1/2 teaspoons of salt and 1/2 teaspoons of black pepper
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb Velveeta Cheese, regular or Mexican
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Easy Mexican Chicken and Beans

Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray
- 1 lb uncooked chicken breast strips
- 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (11 oz) Mexicorn, undrained
- 1/4 cup water
Dixilicious Meatloaf

Combine all ingredients. Press into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 cup oats
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Mint Julip

Bring sugar and water to boil and pour over mint leaves
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- Mint leaves (a good handful)
- 2 cans frozen orange juice
- 1 can frozen lemonade

Mozarella Baked Spaghetti

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken into thirds
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 jar (26 ounces) meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Double Chocolate Banana Bread

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 8x4 inch loaf pan with cooking spray
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Potato-Cheese Soup

In a medium size pan (at least two quarts), put potatoes and onion
- 3 to 4 medium potatoes, peeled and finely diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 cups water, seasoned with 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small package Velveeta cheese or 1/4 to 1/2 of a large box
- 1/2 cup instant potato flakes
- Half and Half or warmed milk, as needed
- Dill Weed
- Parsley
- White Pepper
- Granulated Garlic
Toasted Pecan Chicken

Toast pecans by putting them on a cookie sheet and baking them at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade or apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
Chili Chicken 'N' Rice
