- 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs

- 1 onion, diced

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup crushed buttery round cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- ground black pepper to taste

- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 large zucchini, grated

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese OR shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour OR 1/2 cup regular flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt
