1. Brush 2 cookie sheets with melted butter
- 2 cups Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 heaping tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Finely grated lemon or orange zest
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- Butter to grease pans
XXL M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 extra large eggs
- 2 Tablespoons pure vanilla
- 3 3/4 Cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 oz bag chocolate chips
- 1 bag M&M’s (you’ll have some left over)
Sunday Cake

- 1 pkg. devils food cake mix (another reason to go to church if you're baking with the devil)
- 1 box of light brown sugar
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
Rosemary Red Potatoes

- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 tbsp rosemary
- 2 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 # red potatoes (baby reds, usually sold in a bag)
Potato Onion Soup

1. In a large saucepan, cook bacon until crisp 2
- 3 * 3 slices of bacon
- 4 * 4 medium onions, sliced (2 cups)
- 2 * 2 large potatoes, dices (2 1/4 cups)
- 1 3/4 * 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup water
- 1 * 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 * 1/4 tsp curry powder (optional)
- 1 * 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 * 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (optional)
Pistachio Pudding Pancake Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
- 1 * 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 * 2 eggs
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup pecans (optional)
- 1 * 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 * 1 tablespoon sugar
Chedder Beef Enchiladas

1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 * 1 pound ground beef
- 1 * 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 * 1 cup water
- 2 * 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 * 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 2 * 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 10 to 12 * 10 to 12 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
- 1 * 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
- 1 * 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper (1/2 medium)
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 * 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed 98% fat-free cream of celery soup with 30% less sodium
- 1 * 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 * 1 bag (14 oz) Green Giant Select® frozen broccoli florets, thawed, larger pieces cut up
- 2 * 2 cups diced cooked chicken

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 4.5 cups (12oz. container) of non-dairy whipped topping, divided
- 1 jar Hot fudge topping, divided
Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops
