Cookies: 1. Beat butter, shortening and peanut butter in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer
- Cookies:
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 * 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 * 1 egg yolk
- 1 * 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-3/4 * 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 * 1 cup finely ground honey-roasted peanuts, divided
- Peanut Buttery Frosting:
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 * 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 * 1/2teaspoon vanilla
- 3 to 6 * 3 to 6 tablespoons milk
S’mores Stuffed Brownies

- 1 box of your favorite brownie mix
- 4 1/2 full Graham Crackers
- 3 1/2 Full size Hershey’s Bars
- 16 large marshmallows
Candy Syrup

Combine buttermilk, sugar, butter, corn syrup, and baking soda in a large pot
- 3/4 c. buttermilk (3/4 c. milk w/ 3/4 TB of vinegar or lemon juice)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick real butter
- 2 TB corn syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
