Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- For the Topping:
- 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into bite size pieces
- 6 roma tomatoes, sliced into half rounds
- 12 oz organic chicken sausage (pre-cooked or raw), sliced into half rounds
- 12 oz boneless & skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubed
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup basil, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup quinoa, dry
- 1 + 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup (2 oz) Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup basil, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 40 minutes
- Inactive Prep Time: 30 minutes
- Ease of preparation: intermediate
- Active Time: 55 minutes
- Total Time: 1 hour 25 minutes
- Canola oil or cooking spray, for preparing the pan
- Chocolate box cake mix
- Mascarpone-Ricotta Filling:
- 4 ounces mascarpone- 1/2 cups
- 28 ounces ricotta cheese- 3 1/2 cups
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- Cocoa-Mascarpone Frosting:
- 1 1/4 cup (10 ounces) mascarpone
- 1 (3.9-ounce) chocolate pudding mix
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup whole milk

- Recommended toppings:
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Chili peppers, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 C. chipotle BBQ sauce
- 12 Buns, toasted
- Cooked Bacon
- Red onion
- Lettuce

- 2 romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
- 1/2 lb Genoa salami, diced
- 2 cups pickled hot vegetable salad, Giardiniera, coarsely chopped
- 12 pitted black olives, coarsely chopped
- 12 jumbo green olives, pitted, and coarsely chopped
- 1 small jar roasted red peppers - (8 oz), drained, diced
- 1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts - (6 oz), drained
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

Cook the pasta according to the box for al dente, drain and set aside
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups Rotini pasta
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

1. Place the marshmallows in a large, microwave-safe mixing bowl
- 1/2 of a 400g bag of mini marshmallows
- 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- Vegetable shortening

PIZZA PASTA SALAD

1. Prepare the pasta according to the package directions; drain, rinse, and drain again
- 1 pound tri colored vegtable twist pasta
- 3 med. tomatoes, seeded and diced or i use grape tomatoes,they are much sweeter.
- 1 package (8 ounces ) Cheddar cheese, cube
- 1 package (8 ounces) mozzarella cheese, cube
- 6 scallions, thinly slice
- 1 package (3 ounces) sliced pepperoni
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
