  • 1 + 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup (2 oz) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup basil, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
