- 1/2 butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cube chicken bouillon
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Taco One Pot Cheesy Skillet

In a large pan, lightly brown ground beef and crumble well
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis (Ro-Tel)

- 3 cups baby kale/spinach mixture (this sounds like a lot- it cooks down to a small amount)
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and jack cheese

- 1 lb. medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
