- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, ends
- trimmed and yellow leaves removed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black

Chicken Pot Pie in a Pocket

For the dough, pulse-process flour, butter, salt and sugar in food processor
- For the Poached Chicken Breast:
- For the Dough: 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 stick cold butter, cut into small dice

In a bowl, add ground beef, onions, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chipotle chili powder, salt and pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup onions, diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, shredded
- 1 jalapeño, sliced and deseeded

- 4 large potatoes, scrubbed clean and cut in big wedges
- 2 boneless chicken breast cut up
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp minced garlic, depending on how many vampires you plan to kill

- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 Tbsp dry oregano

- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 c milk
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 c cooked cut-up vegetables*
- 2 c cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 4 c prepared Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoning Stuffing
- Use a combination of cut green beans and sliced carrots

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream, if desired
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Asiago Crostini, recipe follows
- Cook Time 2 hours 10 minutes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon hot Hungarian paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1 sourdough baguette, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces, cut slightly on diagonal
- 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
