1 pound Macaroni instructions Cook the macaroni according to package directions in salted water
- 1 pound Macaroni
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Mustard
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 2 Cup Milk
- 1 pound White Cheddar
- 2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 6 Eggs beaten
- Vegetable Oil for frying
Basic Fondant

1. Butter the sides of the saucepan
- 2 c granulated sugar
- 1/8 t cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 c boiling water
- 1 1/2 qt saucepan
Simply Steamed Asparagus

- 1 bunch asparagus spears
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Chicken Enchilada Bake

In a greased 2-quart casserole dish layer half of the chicken, enchilada sauce, sour cream and cheese
- 4 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (I shredded the whole chicken and it was just enough)
- 1 can (28oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 container (8oz) sour cream
- 6 corn tortillas (6inch) cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
- 4 cups (16oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Sheet Pan Bruschetta Chicken!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 16 ounces baby red potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 4 slices
- For the bruschetta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, chiffonade
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Place all of the ingredients in a blender
- 6 6 6 ounces (3/4 cup) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 1 1 cup milk (whole or low fat)

In a shallow Dutch oven or braising pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 shallots, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 cup Nicoise olives, pitted
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup Spanish capers
- 8 globe artichokes, cleaned and stored in a bowl of water mixed with juice of 1 lemon
- One 14-ounce can peeled San Marzano tomatoes, broken apart with your hands
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano
- Canola oil, for frying

- 1 cup whipped cream or cool whip
- Vanilla pudding
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding (5.1 oz or 144 g)
- 3 cups milk (use 2 cups if you want a firmer pudding)
- Chocolate Pudding
- 1 package of instant chocolate pudding (5.1 oz or 144 g)
- 3 cups milk (use 2 cups if you want a firmer pudding)

- 2 cups whipped cream or cool whip
- shaved chocolate
