Sweet and Sour Egg Roll Sauce

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 Cup orange juice
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed in 1 tbsp water
- few drops of ketchup(for color)

Place popcorn in a large bowl
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups toasted pumpkin seeds
- salt
- ground black pepper

- 4 cups popped popcorn
Tilapia, Lemon Garlic

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Artichoke Dip - Florentine

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Strawberry Cream Puffs

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a large baking sheet or two with parchment paper or silicone mats
- For Profiteroles:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- For Cream Filling:
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese, or mascarpone
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
Cheesy Potato Soup Crockpot

PLACE chicken broth, potatoes, celery, onion and pepper into slow cooker
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 cup VELVEETA, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 6 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold water
Chicken Marsala

Dip chicken in egg, and dredge in flour
- 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup Marsala (see note below)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Crockpot Chicken Tikka Masala

Cut the breasts into bite-sized pieces and transfer them to a 3-quart or larger slow cooker
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 inch piece whole ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice, to serve
