Easy Cheesy Bisquick Biscuits

In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the Bisquick, water, cheese and butter flavoring
- 2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon light butter flavoring
- 6 tablespoons margarine or your favorite butter substitute, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Mixed-Berry Pudding Cake

1. Lightly coat a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups loose-pack frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups loose-pack frozen red raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup sugar

Chicken Fried Rice, Thai Style

Add rice to large pan of boiling water, boil, uncovered for about 12 minutes or until just tender, drain
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 3 green shallots, chopped
HASH BROWN CHEESY CASSEROLE

Preheat oven to 400 In a large bowl stir together everything except 1 cup of the cheese
- 1 bag Ore Ida Frozen Hash Browns (30 oz)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cups sour cream
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Beef or Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Cook ground beef in large skillet until meat is done
- 1 pound ground beef (or cooked chicken thighs or breast)
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can diced green chiles or 1/2 cup fresh roasted and peeled green chilies
- 1 can (15 ounce) hot enchilada sauce
- 1 pound chedder cheese, grated
- 1 dozen corn tortillas
- 1 small onion diced
Ice Cream in a Bag

In a small Ziploc bag, combine half-and-half, sugar and vanilla
- 1 CUP half-and-half
- 2 tbp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 cup ice
- 1/3 cup kosher salt

Baked Potato Wedges

Preheat oven to 450˚F) Cut potatoes into wedges by cutting lengthwise in half then slice each half into 3 slices
- 4 russet potatoes, rinsed
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt or kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves

- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup green olives, diced
- 1 cup black olives, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (or less for more mild)

In a large heavy pot, heat olive oil over medium high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 cups chopped whole tomatoes, with juices
- 3 cups low sodium chicken stock, or vegetable stock
- 1 can northern white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup tiny pasta shells (ditalini)
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- Freshly grated Parmesan and black pepper for garnish

Place baking chips in a single layer on a small baking sheet
- 1 package (10 to 12 ounces) white baking chips
- 1 teaspoon butter, softened
- 3 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup raspberry liqueur
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
