Steak & Cheesy Bacon Potato Hash Foil Packs

Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- For The Potatoes:
- 1/2 cup garlic butter divided
- 26 ounces baby Yukon potatoes (or 750 grams), washed (peeled or unpeeled), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup diced bacon cooked
- 1/3 cup scallions (or green onions/shallots), sliced
- For The Steak:
- 2 pounds whole eye fillet (or ribeye) steak * AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. Pat dry with paper towel for best results.
- Salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, seadoned salt, pepper & onion powder in a bowl
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbls red wine vinegar
- 3 tbls sugar
- salt
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 head red cabbage very thinly sliced
Garlic Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan melt butter, add garlic and saute until cooked
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/4 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano

- 1/3 cup marinara pasta sauce

- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce
- Fried Rice:
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon peeled and grated ginger
- 1 medium carrot, cut in 1/4-inch dice
- 4 ounces cooked Chinese pork (char siu) or ham, cut in 1/4-inch dice
- 3 fresh shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice, a day old
- 1 to 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- Sea salt and freshly ground white pepper

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil
- 2 Large Idaho Potatoes (washed and scrubbed) skin intact
- 2 Large Sweet Potatoes (washed and scrubbed) skin intact
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 sprigs sage
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 1 head of garlic skins on
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lard or oil (for frying)
- Parmesan (freshly grated) for garnish
- Parsley (freshly chopped) for garnish
KITTENCAL'S BEST CHINESE FRIED RICE WITH EGG

In a small bowl beat the eggs with water
- 3 eggs (or use as many eggs as desired)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 -3 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped (or use as much garlic as you desired)
- 4 cups cold cooked white rice
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce (more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (you could omit but it is best to add in)
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (optional)
