Cracker Barrel Broccoli Cheddar Chicken

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups Ritz Crackers (one sleeve)
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter (you can use more)
- 8 ounces frozen broccoli
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Popcorn

Cook popcorn according to package directions
- 1 standard-sized bag 94% fat-free butter-flavored microwave popcorn
- 2 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter chips (found in the baking aisle)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar (not packed)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups Chocolate Cheerios (or another chocolatey cereal)
Raspberry Mimosas

- 1 1 1 lemon wedge
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sugar, for rim
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup raspberry sorbet
- 4 4 4 oz. chambord

- 1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 pound shredded Gruyere cheese
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 (1 pound) loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
Crockpot Chicken Vesuvio

- 1 lb. red new potatoes, quartered
- 1 small onion, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices

- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
