Strawberry Patch Ice Cream

In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and the food color, if desired
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 drops red food color (optional)
- 1 package (20 ounces) frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed
- 2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream
Bacon Cheddar Burger

In large bowl,mix ground beef, chives, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt and mustard
- 3 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tsp Pantry Club Gourmet Bacon Cheddar Seasoning
- 1/2 cup fresh chives, minced
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 12 French rolls or hamburger buns
Fennel Salad with Parmesan

Using a mandoline, thinly slice the fennel bulbs
- 3 bulbs fennel; halved lengthwise and cored, fronds reserved
- 1/3 cup Calamata olives; chopped, pitted
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon capers; drained and chopped
- Kosher; salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 ounces Parmesan cheese; shaved with a vegetable peeler (1/4 cup)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Cake:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
- 3 extra-large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, divided
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 pound carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
- Frosting:
- 3/4 pound cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water
- 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 4-1/2 cups self-rising flour
- Oil for deep-fat frying
- Confectioners' sugar

In a large bowl, beat eggs; add mushrooms, bean sprouts, pork, scallions, salt, and pepper; mix well

- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mushrooms

- 1/4 pound thick-sliced deli roast pork, coarsely chopped

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 7 uncooked lasagna noodles

- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
