Crispy Tender Baked Chicken Thighs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- Pam cooking spray
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs with skin (you CAN use boneless skinless, but please adjust time accordingly)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Slow Cooker Brisket

In a 6-quart slow cooker, place the potatoes, onion, and carrots
- 1 pound new baby potatoes (about 12)
- 1 onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 (3-pound) beef brisket, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup brewed black coffee
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar

In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
- 2 boiled or baked potatoes, peeled and sliced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

- 1 package (about 18 ounces) chocolate cake mix
- 1 package (about 3.9 ounces) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup V8 ® 100% Vegetable Juice
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces

- whipped cream
- 4 eggs
Nantucket Welcome Cake

Beat the eggs, oil, apricot nectar and almond extract into the cake mix using an electric beater
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup apricot nectar (if you can find the small cans they are just right)
- 3 tsp almond extract
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 lemon (the juice and the rind)

- 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 breasts = 1 lb)

- 3 cups (6 oz.) FRENCH'S® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 6 (1/2-inch thick) bone-in or boneless pork chops, season with salt and pepper to taste
