Pepperoni Pizza Skillet

Cook noodles according to package directions
- 5 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1-1/2 cups chopped pepperoni
- 1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Glossy Look Cookie Icing

In a small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and milk until smooth
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 2 Teaspoons milk
- 2 Teaspoons light corn syrup
- 1/4 Teaspoon clear extract (vanilla, almond etc.)
- Assorted food colors
Country Gravy Mix

Mix all ingredients well and store in a tightly sealed container
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Watergate Salad

COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
- 1-1/2 cups thawed Whipped Topping
Novella's Pinto Bean's

Sort beans & soak overnight
- 1 1/2-2 lbs pinto beans
- 1-2 ham hocks
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce NO SALT
- 1/2 tbsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp Morton's Nature Seasoning
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 whole jalapeño peppers
- 3-4 cloves minced garlic
- Water
Rich Creamy Parmesan Chicken Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 deg F and coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray
- 1 lb egg noodles
- 1 c Parmesan cheese, divided
- 4 T butter
- 4 T flour
- 2 c heavy cream
- 15-oz can chicken broth
- 2 c cooked chicken, roughly shredded
- 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- salt
Churro Cheesecake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cans (oz. each) Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls (I used the butter flake kind)
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
Quick Nachos

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees
- 1/2 bag favorite tortilla chips
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese; sliced
- 1 15 oz can black beans; drained and rinsed
- 1 medium ripe avocado; cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup favorite pico de gallo; excess liquid drained off
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers (optional); sliced
WHITE CHOCOLATE KEY LIME PIE

Melt together cream and chocolate chips in a small saucepan set over low heat
- 1 pkg Oreo cookies ground fine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- Mix ingredients together in a 9-inch pie plate until evenly combined. Press evenly onto the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before filling.
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 11 oz. white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chopped
- 3 tlbs heavy cream

- 3 cups curly noodles
- 7 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup SOS Mix (recipe follows)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp margarine
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup diced ham or spam
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp fine bread crumbs
