1 In large stockpot, heat 3 quarts water to boiling
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 lb uncooked orecchiette (tiny disk) pasta
- 3 cups 1/2" marinated bocconcini, drained and marinating liquid reserved
- Olive oil, if necessary
- 1 lb red heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1 lb yellow or orange heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 cups basil leaves
Puff Pastry Pork Tenderloin

Preheat oven to 375°F. In large pan, over medium, heat oil and butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large Maui onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 6 slices prosciutto, may substitute thinly sliced ham
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten

In a large bowl, combine sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, and egg until well mixed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg yolks
- Few drops each of yellow, red, blue, and green food color

- 3 small apples, peeled, chopped (about 2 1/2 cups)

- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice

- 3 lbs. Kielbasa sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 onions, diced

- 3 16-oz. cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 14-1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes, drained
- 14-1/2 oz. can beef broth
- 1/2 c. long-cooking rice, uncooked
- 0.67-oz. pkg. fresh basil, chopped
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 t. dried parsley
