Homemade Chicken Soup

Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium high heat

- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt

Senator Inouye's Sweet Sour Spare Ribs *(GOOD)*

Cut spare ribs into 2x2" pieces (Ask Butcher to cut it for you)
- 3 pounds Pork spare ribs with bones
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 inch ginger root
- dash of Chinese five spice
Baked Reuben Casserole

Butter a deep (11x7x3-inch) baking dish
- 5-6 slices of rye bread, divided
- 3/4 pound thinly sliced corned beef or pastrami (shaved)
- 1 cup rinsed and well-drained sauerkraut
- 3/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 4 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
2-Ingredient Pumpkin Donuts

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can of pumpkin puree

Strawberry Cream Cheese Jell-O Squares

For the bottom crust: Mix together and press on bottom of 9x13 pan
- For the bottom crust:
- 2 cups Graham Crackers, crushed
- 1/8 Cup sugar
- 1/3 Cup melted butter
- For the filling:
- 1 pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 3.5 Cups thawed Cool Whip
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- For last layer:
- 4 oz. pkg Strawberry Jell-O
- 3/4 C. boiling water
- 1/2 C. cold water
Apricot Mango Yogurt Fruit Dip

In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt and apricot nectar until well blended
- 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light apricot mango yogurt
- 1/4 cup apricot nectar
- 15 fresh strawberries, cut in half
- 20 pieces cut-up honeydew melon
- 20 red or green grapes
- 20 wedges fresh mango
Cinnamon Apple Coffee Cake

In a mixing bowl, beat the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and butter on medium speed for 2 minutes
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) yellow cake mix (Jiffy works great)
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 medium tart apples, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Strawberries and Cream Yogurt Cake

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray
- 2 containers (5.3 oz each) Yoplait® Greek blended strawberry yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 1/4 cups quartered fresh strawberries
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- Powdered sugar, if desired
