- 1/2 onion, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 packet Sazón GOYA® with Cilantro and Annatto
- 1 packet Chicken Bouillon, mixed with 2 cups water
- 1 cup CANILLA® Extra Long Grain Rice
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temp
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, at room temp
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Broccoli and Cheddar Baked Potato

Cook broccoli in microwave until tender; drain
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 small, warm, split baked potato
- 2 tablespoons low-fat shredded cheddar cheese

- Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- Pudding Layer:
- 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding
- 3 cups milk
- Whipped Cream:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Easy Ground Turkey Chili

Spray large saucepan with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat
- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 3/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Stewed Tomatoes-No Salt Added, undrained
- 1 can (6 oz each) Tomato Paste-No Salt Added
- 1 can (16 oz each) dark red kidney beans, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg (1.25 oz each) chili seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Chicken and Dumplings

Place all of the poaching ingredients in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil
- For the Poached Chicken:
- 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 large bay leaf
- 6 peppercorns
- A bundle of herbs such as parsley, rosemary and thyme
- 1 4-pound whole chicken
- Salt and pepper
- A drizzle of canola oil
- 4 slices lean Applewood bacon, cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 3/4 pound cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 large shallots, sliced
- 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 large leeks, halved lengthwise, cut into 1-inch half moons and washed thoroughly
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 5 to 6 cups chicken poaching liquid
- 10 to 12 baby carrots, trimmed, halved lengthwise
- 1/3 pounds haricot verts, trimmed
- For the Dumplings:
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup buttermilk

- Crunch Topping::
- 1 pkg Oreos crushed
- 1 can(s) mixed nuts ( crushed in food prosser )
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 stick butter, melted
- Cake:
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 stick butter, Softened
- 3 c pumpkin (not pie mix )
- 2 3/4 c self rising flour
- 1/2 c lemon Greek yogurt
- 1 each Tbsp cinnamon, ground,pumpkin pie spice, vanilla
- 4 eggs large
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 6-8 oz pkg cream cheese soften
- 2 stick butter soft
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 c eggnog (pumpkin spiced )
- 1 1/4 c dark chocolate (chopped )

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard until smooth
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 package (2 ounces) thinly sliced deli corned beef, chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated red onion
- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or 3/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound thinly sliced seedless rye bread
- Fresh dill springs, optional

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 stalks celery, sliced crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 bulb fennel, cut into 1-by-1/4-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 medium Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (35 ounces) whole tomatoes, lightly crushed
- 8 cups vegan chicken broth (made with vegan chicken bullion) or vegetable broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons red-wine vinegar
- 1 zucchini, quartered and sliced
- 1 1/2 bunches Swiss chard leaves, thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
- 2 cups cooked elbow or fussili pasta
