Slow-Cooker Brownie Pudding Cake

1 In medium bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, cocoa and salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Dutch processed baking cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 oz bittersweet baking chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
- Powdered sugar, if desired
Cheeseburger Skillet

In a skillet, brown meat and drain off the fat
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/3 cup SOS Mix (recipe follows)
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 1 (16 oz) can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning*
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
Mariachi Margarita Dip

In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, margarita mix, orange juice and powdered sugar until smooth
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. frozen margarita drink mix, thawed
- 2 T. orange juice
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. whipped cream
- Garnish: corn syrup, colored sugar,
- assorted fruit slices and cubes
Fruity Egg Nests

Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper
- 5 cups fruit-flavored multi-grain cereal rings (see Note)
- 2 cups colored miniature marshmallows
- 2 (6-ounce) packages white baking bars
- 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
- 3/4 cup jelly beans
Miss Mary Anne's Twinkie's Cake

Remove Twinkies cakes from wrappers
- 1 box (of 10) Hostess Twinkies (9 for cake, one to have with coffee or tea)
- 4 large bananas, sliced
- 1 large can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (drained, but not pressed dry. Keep a little of the juice for moisture)
- 1 large box vanilla instant pudding (mixed with milk according to directions on box)
- 1 - 12 oz. Cool Whip (I just used the big size and had extra since it was a little more than 12 oz)
- Maraschino cherries and pecans for garnish (optional)
Margarita Yogurt Dip

1 In small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)
- 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light margarita yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
- Cut-up fresh fruit, such as cantaloupe, pineapple or strawberries, if desired
- Fresh jicama, cut into strips, if desired
- Lime or multigrain tortilla chips, if desired
French Fried Onions

- 1 large onion
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
