In skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground meat until browned, stirring to separate meat
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/3 cup SOS Mix (recipe follows)
- 1 1/4 cups cold water
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup salsa
- 6 flour tortillas or 8 corn tortillas 6”-8”) cut into 1” pieces
- 1 cup cheese, grated
Garlic Dip

Combine cream cheese, seasonings and chopped vegetables, blending well
- 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 2 T. dill weed
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 t. dried, minced onion
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- Optional: paprika
- assorted vegetables such as carrot sticks, celery stalks, snow peas, red pepper slices, green onions
Pistachio Biscotti

1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs with spoon
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pistachio nuts
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon shortening
Korean Chicken

Lightly salt and pepper chicken
- Sauce:
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings, drummettes
- Salt and pepper
- Flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3 stalks green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, optional
- Red pepper flakes, optional

1. Place the fettuccine in 2½ quarts of already-boiling unsalted water and cook until tender, 10 to 12 minutes
- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts packed in water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups already-sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 cup (1/2 package) Knorr Fine Herb Soup and Recipe Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat or skim milk
- 1/2 cup already-shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup already-shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Baked Potato Soup

Scoop flesh out of potatoes and set aside
- 3-4 large Idaho potatoes, baked and cooled
- 1 bunch of green onions, thinly sliced, divided
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill or 2 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 cups of milk or a combination of milk and half-and-half
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon
Spicy Three-Cheese Bacon Bites

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper
- 1 loaf (18 inch) baguette French bread, cut into 36 (1/2-inch) slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup crumbled crisply cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 to 3 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can), finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped chives

Orange-Ginger Yogurt

Mix yogurt with orange marmalade and fresh ginger; garnish with ginger and orange zest
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons orange marmalade
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger (use a microplane if possible)
- 2 teaspoons minced crystallized ginger and orange zest.
