Pizza - Antipasto

Press dough onto baking sheet and top with garlic, cheese and pepper flakes and freshly ground pepper
- Pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 c. shredded provolone cheese
- a couple handfuls of parmesan
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- a few grinds of black pepper
- 1 small heart of romaine, chopped
- 8 slices genoa salami, chopped
- 2 roasted red peppers, chopped
- 2-3 T chopped banana pepper rings
- 1/4 c. artichoke hearts, chopped
- handful of green or black olives, coarsely chopped

- 1 lb chorizo
- 1 can refried beans
- lettuce, shredded
- tomato, cut up
- Mexican shredded cheese
- sour cream
- Mexicorn

Pot Roast

Sprinkle roast with garlic powder and pepper
- 1 - 3 lb boneless chuck roast
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder and pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
- 3 bay leaves
- 3-4 beef bouillon cubes,crushed
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup red wine

- 2 lg onions, slice and slowly carmelized
- tomato slices, enough to cover top
- 3 ears of fresh corn, cooked and cut into planks
- shredded asiago
- shredded mozzarella, enough to cover the bottom of the crust

- olive oil
- dried oregano
- fresh basil
Bacon Wrapped Dates with Red Pepper Sauce

Preheat oven to 375°F. 2 Soak round toothpicks in water for 15 minutes, this will prevent burning when baking
- 1 lb bacon, uncooked, applewood is best
- 8 ounces pitted dates, the larger the better
- 1 -2 garlic clove
- 1/2 large red bell pepper, seeded, quartered
- 1/2 medium yellow onion
- 1/4 cup half-and-half cream, a little more if desired
- 1 -2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (to taste)

- 1/21/2 – 1 cup chopped pecans

- 6oz6 oz cream cheese, cubed and softened

Stuffed Poblano Peppers w/ Green Chili Sauce

- 6 large poblano peppers
- 1 red onion,finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
