Combine until mixed through
- 1 c. canned whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c. oj
- 1/4 c. balsamic
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
Spicy Italian Sauce

Saute garlic, onion and cayenne in oil
- 6 tbs olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes (Tutta Rossa)
- 2 cans tomato sauce
Mexican Pasta Vegetable Bake

HEAT oven to 375ºF. COMBINE first 5 ingredients; stir in 1 cup Cheddar
- 3 cups rotini pasta, cooked
- 2 jars (16 oz. each) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed, drained
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Basic Breakfast Casserole

- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- white bread, crusts removed layered in 9 x 13
- 1 pkg cheddar
- 1 sm. can green chilis

- 1 bottle pink zin
- 1 bottle OJ
- triple sec
- brandy
- limes
Paul Dean's Gooey Cake

Press first ingredients into 9 x 13 ungreased pan
- Any box cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanila
- 1 stick melted butter
- 3/4 box powdered sugar
Shrimp & Grits

Cook bacon and until crisp and crumble
- 2-3 slices bacon
- 1 lb shrimp (uncooked)
- dash salt & pepper
- 2 TBS all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tsp canola oil
- 1/2 bunch green onions (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 c. chicken broth (low-sodium)
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
Bechamel Sauce (Basic White)

Melt butter and flour and make a roux
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 bay leaves
- nutmeg
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs flour
- salt & pepper
- garlic/onion - opt
Wasabi Vinaigrette

Whisk ingredients together
- 1-2 teaspoons wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- fresh cilantro leaves
- Salt/pepper to taste
