Vanilla Butter Cake

Combine ingredients and bake at 350 in greased/floured bundt pan
- 1 pkg butter cake mix
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- Sauce: 3/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. butter, 3 tbs water, 1 tsp vanilla
Hummingbird Cake

- Unsalted butter, room temperature, for pans and racks
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pans
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups mashed ripe banana, about 3 large
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 cup desiccated coconut, unsweetened
Balsamic Vinegreatte Reduction

Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to slight boil
- 1.5 c. balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs butter
Coconut Sheet Cake

Combine above ingredients and bake 45 minutes at 350
- 3 large eggs
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 8.5 oz can cream of coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- *Cream cheese frosting with toasted coconut

Mix above ingredients and place in greased casserole dish
- 1 pkg broccoli spears
- 1 pkg baby lima beans
- 1 can cr. of mush soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 can water chestnuts chopped
- 1 cup rice crispies
Pumpkin Dump Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Mix first six ingredients until blended and pour in greased 9 x 13 pan
- 1 29 oz. can pure pumpkin
- 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine

- 6 pk beer
- 1 can frozen lemonade
- vodka to taste
Honey Lime Pork or Chicken Marinade

Start by making the marinade
- 4 - 4 (4 oz.) lean boneless pork chops or chicken
- 1 - 1 package Onion Soup Mix
- 1 - 1 tbsp chopped scallions
- 3 - 3 tbsp honey
- 3 - 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 - 1/8 tsp ground or fresh ginger (I used fresh)
- - dash of Kosher salt and pepper
Asian Slow Cooker Ribs

Prepare marinade and soak ribs in marinade overnight
- 1/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot pepper sauce
