NICE VEGETARIAN PASTA DISH
- 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 18 cooked jumbo pasta shells
- 1 jar (28 oz) pasta sauce
BROWN SUGAR BARBEQUE CHICKEN DRUMETTES

- 2 cups of ketchup
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- Coarse salt and ground pepper

- 1 homemade or store-bought single-crust pie dough
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 cups medium diced yellow onion (from 1 large onion)

- 6 large eggs
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 pound broccoli florets, steamed until crisp-tender

- 1 (10 oz) loaf round focaccia, , cut in half horizontally
- 2 tablespoons olive paste
- 2 cups chicken breast, shredded, roasted, skinless, boneless
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomato halves, chopped, drained
- 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, coarsely chopped
- 2 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced

- 1 3 pound head cauliflower, cut into large florets
- Kosher salt
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, divided
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of hot milk
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Gruyere, divided
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
BAKED SEA BASS FILET

- 1 1/2 pounds Salmon; skin on one side; fresh King Salmon works best for this recipe
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/4 tablespoon soy sauce
Pulled Pork with Caramelized Onions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup raw cane sugar, such as Demerara or turbinado (see Notes)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

- 1 cup chili sauce, such as Heinz
