Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Add ingredients to pre-made cooked soaked oatmeal
- 4 cups cooked soaked oatmeal
- 1/4 cup whole organic cream or coconut cream
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (I use thawed out from my fall freezer stash but canned organic is fine!)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 2-4 TB pure maple syrup
Strawberry Watermelon Mint Smoothie

- 1/2-3/4 cup kefir
- 1/2 cup goat milk cottage cheese, pureed
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cups sheep or goat milk cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Ghee
Cucumber and Tomato Salad with Marinated Garbanzo Beans, Feta, and Herbs

Put garbanzo beans in colander and rinse very well until no more foam appears
- 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) rinsed and drained well
- 1 1/2 cups diced cucumbers with skin on
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes (drained in colander if the tomatoes are extra juicy)
- 2 T balsamic vinegar (I like Fini Balsamic Vinegar)
- 3 T good quality extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano (or use basil or parsley)
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta (or goat cheese)

RAW Avocado Herb Pesto with Zoodles

Use a spiral slicer to make noodles out of your zucchini
- 2-3 zucchinis
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 handful each of fresh basil, cilantro, parsley
- 1/4 cup of truly sundried tomatoes (not in oil), chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- a pinch of sea salt, to taste

- 5 tablespoons coconut flour
