1. Blend the banana, butter, milk, lemon juice, and sucanat in a food processor, blender, or with hand held beaters

  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup whole milk (if you are dairy free use whole coconut milk)
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (or melted butter)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2-3 TB sucanat or organic pure cane sugar (I think honey would work too)
  • 1/2 cup sorghum flour
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 white rice flour
  • 1 TB cinnamon
  • 1 tsp aluminium free baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
