Baked Gluten Free Donuts

Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups gluten-free oats (ground into flour) or gluten free oat flour (***If gluten-free is an option rather than a necessity, see notes below for the biodynamic whole wheat flour option)
- 1/4 cup plus 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
- 2 tablespoons maqui powder (optional)
- 1 banana, chopped
- 3 pitted dates
- 2 organic pastured eggs (such as Vital Farms)
- 1/2 cup hemp milk
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons plus 1/3 cup unrefined red palm oil (or extra virgin coconut oil), divided
- 1 teaspoon plus 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, divided
- 1/3 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips (such as Enjoy Life brand)
- 1/3 cup coconut palm sugar
Tiramisu Poke Cake

Preheat oven to 350º and grease and flour a 9-x-13" cake pan
- Cooking spray, for pan
- 1 box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients called for on box
- 2 boxes vanilla pudding mix
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tbsp. instant coffee
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1/2 c. cocoa powder

Shakshouka with Rainbow Chard

In a large oven-proof (preferably cast iron) skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Serves 4
- Olive oil
- 1 large bunch chard, thinly sliced into ribbons (about 4 loosely packed cups) or 9 oz. frozen chard*
- Sea salt
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small red pepper, seeded and diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon harissa**
- One (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- if using frozen chard, defrost and squeeze dry before using and omit sautéing step

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl
- 2 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

- 1/2 heaping tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt

Asian Fish Fillets in Rice Paper

Preparation Run rice paper rounds under faucet and set aside or soak briefly to soften
- Four 8 1/2” round rice paper wrappers
- 1 tsp finely chopped tarragon leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 7 oz cod fillets (or grouper, perch, etc.)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
