The BEST Butter-Free Popcorn (Nooch Popcorn)

Add oil to a medium saucepan over high heat
- Prep:1 min Cook: 9 min
- 1 Tbsp. oil (any high heat oil -- coconut oil, grapeseed oil, canola oil, etc.)
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, more* or less to taste
- 1-2 tsp. salt
Chunky Guacamole

Instructions: Place all ingredients in the food processor and pulse for a few seconds
- 2 large avocados or 4 small ones
- 1 – 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp mexican seasoning (optional)
- 1 tsp chipotle seasoning (optional)
- 1 fresh cut red bell pepper
- hand full of cilantro & parsley
- 1 squeezed fresh lime
- 1/2 tbsp honey or agave (optional)
Curried Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

In a medium bowl, combine seasonings with lime juice
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp Jamaican curry powder
- 2 fresh limes, juiced
- 1 lb fresh tiger shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 pitted, peeled, and sliced avocado
- 1 juice of lemon
- 3 tbsp grape-seed oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small red onion
- 1 handful fresh cilantro
- 1 head butter lettuce, cored and divided into leaves

Blueberry Flourless Pancakes

Let’s Just Make Some Pancakes…
- Serves: 2
- 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 2 organic, pastured eggs (I like Vital Farms brand)
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons raw, unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/8 teaspoon pure lemon extract
- Pinch of unrefined sea salt
- Organic extra virgin coconut oil, such as Barlean’s (for cooking)
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
Broccoli and "Cheddar" Soup

In a large soup pot, melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 leek, green top discarded, white section sliced in 1/2-inch rounds
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 head of broccoli, discard stem and cut into florets (should equal 4 cups)
- 3 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- Sea salt, to taste
- Optional fresh ground black pepper

- 1 cup raw, unsweetened, unsulphured coconut
- 1 cup raw, dried mulberries
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup raw slivered almonds
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
Vegan Mayo

Food Babe's Strawberry Chia Jam with Yogurt and Pistachio Crisp

To make the chia jam, place the strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth
- Chia Jam:
- 16 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberry, hulled
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- honey or maple syrup, to sweeten if desired
- Pistachio Crisp:
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
Green Tea Chicken Soup

Bring 2 quarts of broth to a boil, then turn off the heat and add tea bags
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 6-7 bags of green tea
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped finely
- 2 carrots chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery (about 2 sticks)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped into medium sized pieces
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
