Crab & Shrimp Seafood Bisque

About.com ~ Since this recipe uses just 1/2 lb crab, I use the other 1/2 lb to make crab cakes
- 3 TB butter
- 2 TB chopped green onion
- 2 TB chopped celery
- 3 TB flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 TB tomato paste
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 lb lump crab meat
- 1/2 lb small shrimp, or medium shrimp cut in 2-3 pieces
- 2 TB sherry
Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

Cook's Country ~ I bought a family-size chicken which yielded 5 cups of shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 TB fresh lemon juice
- 1 TB Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TB Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 6 oz. romaine lettuce hearts, torn into bite-size pieces

Olive Garden Copycat Smoked Mozzarella Fonduta

Preheat oven to 450. In a large bowl, combine the cheeses & seasonings using a mixer or spatula
- Optional garnish:
- 8 oz block mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 oz block deli provolone cheese, shredded
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

- 1 loaf dark rye bread or 1-2 loaves party rye bread
- 1 lb. hot or milk pork or deer sausage

- 1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Chicken with Tarragon Cream

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
