- 1 Tbsp kitchen bouquet*
- 3/4 c beef broth
- 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour

For the cupcakes: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon peach extract
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup peach puree
- 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, pureed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pound mascarpone cheese

Blend the frozen banana chunks and milk together until thick, creamy, and smooth - about 3 minutes
- 1 frozen sliced very ripe banana, previously peeled & sliced
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)
