Dulce de Leche Vanilla Cake

For the cake: Position a rack in the middle of an oven and preheat to 350ºF
- 1 bottle of dulce de leche (or check out the original recipe for the dulce de leche recipe)
- 2 Cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 Cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 Cup of white sugar
- 5 large egg whites, room temperature
- 2 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 Cup of milk
- 3/4 Cup of unsalted butter,room temperature
- 16 Ounce of icing sugar
- 1/2 Cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
- 1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract

- Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

"Don't Peek" Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix (from a 2-ounce box)
- 1 soup can cold water
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 chicken (3-1/2 to 4 pounds), cut into 8 pieces
- Paprika for sprinkling

- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 3 cloves garlic

- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Juice from 1/2 lime
