Maple Teriyaki Glazed Salmon

In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic and ginger
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 T low sodium soy sauce
- 2 T teriyaki sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 16 oz. salmon (approx. four 4oz servings)
Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- FOR TOPPING:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves

Pasta with Pancetta and Vodka Sauce

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat
- 16 ounces pasta (Recommended shapes: cavatappi, penne or rigatoni)
- 1/4 pound pancetta (one thick slice), medium diced
- 1/3 cup vodka (See Kelly's Notes below)
- 1 1/2 cups prepared marinara sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
Meatballs with Creamy Mushroom Gravy

For Meatballs 1.Add ground beef, egg, steak sauce, cracker crumbs, Mrs
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce (A1 or Country Bob's)
- 5 saltine crackers, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Seasoning (I used garlic & herb)
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil or bacon grease for frying
- For Creamy Mushroom Gravy
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 oz white mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons herbs de provence
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese)
Deep-Dish Apple Pie

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 4 pounds Granny Smith apples, peeled, quartered, and cored
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 orange, zested
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar, plus 1 teaspoon to sprinkle on top
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

- 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water, for egg wash
Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan in plenty of water until tender, about 7 minutes
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (an 8-ounce box isn't quite 2 cups)
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stuck) butter, cut into pieces
- 2 1/2 cups (about 10 ounces) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Loaded Potato Bites

1. Take potatoes out of the fridge and let sit for a few minutes to take the chill off a bit
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 strips bacon
- 1/3 cup scallions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
- Salt and Pepper
- Ranch or Honey Mustard for dipping
Take-Out, Fake-Out: Crispy Beef

1.In a large bowl, toss beef strips in 1 tbsp
- 1 1/2 pounds stir fry steak slices (pre-sliced) or sirloin steak cut into thin slices, about 1/4-inch thick
- 3 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce, divided
- 6 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 medium-sized navel orange
- 3 tbsp. molasses
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 jalapeño, de-seeded and thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger (or substitute 1/2 tsp. ground ginger)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 scallions, chopped (for garnish)
- 4 cups or 1 quart of canola oil, for frying
