Cinnamon Apple Crumb Pie

Pre-heat oven to 350 Filling: peel & core apples
- 6 medium cooking apples; (about 2 lbs)
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 can Crust; make your own from scratch; Pre-Baked
- 1.5 cups crushed pecan sandie cookies; may need 2 cups
- 4 tbs butter
Rye Bread Dill Dip

- 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
- 2 teaspoons Beau Monde Seasoning

- 2 cans cream style corn
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 TBL cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teas. Season All season salt

- 1 teas. minced onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Italian Orzo Tomato Spinach Soup

Instructions Heat the oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1//2 cups chopped onions
- 1 1/4 cup carrots, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
- 1 cup celery
- 6 cloves of roasted garlic (see notes)
- 6 1/2 cups of vegetable stock (or chicken)
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pesto
- 1 1/2 cups orzo (whole wheat or regular)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3 cups baby spinach, packed
- salt and black pepper, to taste
